Debbie’s journey to excellence began at Stamford College, where she diligently pursued her passion, obtaining qualifications as a pastry chef, under the tutelage of Chef Sharp, the distinguished head chef at Claridge’s. Debbie honed her skills and refined her craft to perfection. Her dedication and expertise were duly recognized as she graduated with flying colours, earning a Distinction level 3 diploma for pastry chefs and patissiers. With such illustrious training and credentials, she continues to dazzle palates and delight customers with her delectable creations for Meadow Brown Restaurants.
